As a Technical Project Manager, I Ied the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for event registration platforms Ticketleap, a ticketing platform that caters predominantly to DIY events, and Growtix, a total event management platform that specializes in meeting the unique needs of large fandom conventions.
I facilitated the end-to-end process of prioritization, evaluation, planning, quality assurance (QA), and delivery of new features through effective stakeholder communication and implementation of Agile best practices. I collaborated with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines, resulting in successful execution of multiple product launches in the US and Australia.
At C2E2, I worked with the Leap Event Operations team to implement Leap’s attendee management technology: installing equipment, training staff, and providing comprehensive onsite support.
Integrating Airtable with Jira for Comprehensive Oversight
Airtable's integration with Jira was a key strategy in my project management approach. By linking these two powerful tools, I created a seamless flow of information that enhanced both detailed task tracking and overall project visibility. By integrating Airtable with Jira, we ensured that the project knowledge repository was always up-to-date.
Airtable's customizability allowed us to create tailored views that catered to the specific needs of different team members and stakeholders. Each view was designed to provide relevant and actionable information at a glance. This level of customization, combined with real-time updates from Jira, made Airtable an invaluable tool for data supported decision-making.
The user-friendly interface of Airtable further democratized access to project information, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders could engage with and contribute to the project effectively.
